We are looking for dynamic forward thinking cardiothoracic Clinical fellow to join us and continue the development of the service. You will join a friendly, committed team to provide services for approximately 1000 cardiac and 700 thoracic cases per year. Our varied caseload includes minimally invasive aortic and mitral surgery, major aortic work, an established TAVI programme, VAT lobectomies, thymectomies and robotic thoracic surgery. A robotic mitral surgery programme is in the planning stages. Applicants should possess full GMC registration, FRCA (or equivalent) and either already be on the Specialist Register or be within 6 months of receiving their Certificate of Completion of Training ((CCT) or equivalent) at the time of interview. You must have advanced experience in cardiothoracic anaesthesia and cardiothoracic critical care.
