This is a developmental post suitable for doctors with experience working in Psychiatry who are seeking further experience in community. The post holder will work under supervision. The post would suit someone who has a background in working in Psychiatry, ideally having completed Core Training or with equivalent experience.  This post would be suitable for someone who wants to spend time in a non-training position to develop their skills in medical education and work on their portfolio before applying for a Higher Specialty training post.  This role would also be open to SAS grade doctors considering applying for Higher Specialty Training or gathering evidence for CESR. This is a novel and exciting post that is available for 12 months.  This post combines community psychiatry experience with allocated time for work in the medical education department.
