Are you passionate about delivering mental health support and  quality diagnoses for the neurodivergent population in the beautiful county of Buckinghamshire? We're recruiting 2x Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join Bucks CAMHS team supporting Neurodiverse individuals. These roles will be on a part-time basis working 18.75 hours per week. 1 role will be at a qualified/experienced 8a level and the other a band 7 please let us know. You will join a well-established, and knowledgeable multi-professional team. You will receive quality reflective supervision. You will use your skills to deliver quality assessments and interventions and influence service improvements. You will have opportunities to grow in your career, including developing your leadership skills and supervision of others as and continuing professional development and research opportunities. You will be a vital member of the team helping the system to understand the complete identity of the young person including their neurodivergence, mental health and developmental profile. We're able to be flexible on the hours worked with this role and can offer reduced weekly hours should a candidate be successful. ### Main duties of the job In this role, you'll be contributing to the triaging, assessment and intervention process for neurodivergent children and young people and  experiencing mental health needs. You'll be assessing the mental health component of their experience and delivering evidence based interventions. We work closely with families to build care plans and there's a lot of multi-agency networking involved, as you'll be in contact with schools. the local authority, play organisations and charities.
