We are seeking a skilled and motivated trainer to deliver a comprehensive training programme for Clinical Coding trainees and apprentices, while also supporting the ongoing development of our wider coding workforce. You will play a key role in promoting high‑quality clinical coding across the Trust and supporting colleagues to deepen their understanding of coding standards and processes. The ideal candidate will bring substantial NHS experience, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership qualities.
