It's a career that you can take pride in and enjoy, and together we can make life better for our communities. ### Main duties of the job Working in a skilled and motivated adult community mental health team that values a range of interventions and support to help people in their recovery journey. Delivering a high-quality service to service users and their families as part of a collaborative and supportive team. Key-working of an identified caseload with access to regular and robust supervision. Delivering assessment, formulation and psychologically informed interventions, in accordance with an agreed care plan, to service users experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties. Interventions are individual and group. You will be responsible for the assessment of care needs, including risk, and contributing to; the formulation of the person’s needs and the development of a relevant plan based upon the person’s negotiated goals and relevant evidence-based interventions.
