As a Clinical Admin Team Lead, you'll take ownership of two vital services that keep patient care moving - referrals and pathology results and leading the people and processes behind them.

Every referral represents a patient waiting for the next stage of their care. Every pathology result represents critical clinical information that needs to reach the right person, fast.
