As a key member of the team, you'll be the friendly face and voice our clients rely on. From handling enquiries and resolving issues to providing accurate information and support, you'll play an important role in ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience. Travel & Flexibility

This role offers variety, with travel to our Merry Hill (Dudley) Community Treatment Centre and other future Community Treatment Centres as required. Travel is expected at least once a week, with additional visits depending on business needs. All additional business travel expenses will be reimbursed. The role also includes occasional Saturday working, giving you flexibility with a day off during the week.
