Clerical Officer - Transformation - 22.5 hours - Fixed 12 months

The post holder will work as a member of the Transformation team and assisting with all general administration duties.

The post holder will be an organised and highly motivated individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team.

The post holder may be required to travel to support system wide events.

### Main duties of the job

- The post holder will provide general administrative support to the team
- The post holder will contribute to the standardisation of administrative systems and processes within the Transformation Team.
- Undertake filing duties and inputting of data around the service needs.
- Complete other general administration duties as required by the team such as management of notice boards, answering telephone calls and taking messages and managing the team email inbox.
- Support the team by managing diaries, which includes scheduling and co-ordinating meetings, appointments and events as required.
- Coordinate, prepare and disseminate documentation in relation to projects and their associated meetings.
- Prepare agendas and take notes where appropriate.
- Contribute to the corporate management style of the team to develop, implement and maintain effective office systems and procedures.
- This role may at times require providing support to the Transformation Team at Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust.
- Managing all event administration, documentation, personnel and attendees.
- Support the team in the development and regular production of a variety of media to communicate the work of the team to the wider organisation (e.g. Team Newsletters and social media).

### Knowledge

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/outlook
- Working knowledge of office procedures (booking meetings, taking notes, sending emails etc.)
- Awareness of concept of confidentiality in relation to healthcare

### Experience

- Clerical/ administration support experience
