We are seeking a Band 6 Wound care Nurse to join the TVN team, you will be responsible for delivering safe, research based, holistic care to people with chronic or complex wounds, in clinic or the place they call home. You will be coordinating and managing the clinics, specifically aimed at people with chronic wounds and leg ulcers, delivering training to staff within the Trust, care home and social care colleagues, liaising with hospital specialist staff to ensure safe and timely referral.
