### Job summary

019 Admin Team Administrator

Salary: Band 3

Full time: 37.5 hours per week ( Monday to Friday )

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administrator to provide administrative support within the 019 Service. The role involves accurate data entry, maintaining records, supporting practitioners, and liaising with GP practices, schools, parents/carers, and other services.

Candidates must have excellent IT and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and professionally. A qualification in IT/data entry or equivalent experience is essential. Previous NHS experience and knowledge of SystmOne would be advantageous.

This is a busy role requiring attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work calmly under pressure while delivering a high standard of administrative support.

### Main duties of the job

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the administrative service, ensuring workloads and priorities are managed effectively and that accurate, timely data entry is maintained within childrens health records.The role involves maintaining staff records including annual leave, timesheets, study leave, and rotas. Additional responsibilities include ordering supplies, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coordinating training, and producing clinical reports for internal and external use.The post holder will support recruitment, induction, and training of administrative staff, while liaising with healthcare professionals, service managers, local authorities, and external agencies. The role also requires the use of IT systems including SystmOne, Meditech, ESR, and Datix to monitor data quality and report incidents.

The successful candidate will manage patient and client queries professionally, maintain confidentiality, ensure compliance with Trust policies and Information Governance standards, and work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and supporting colleagues.
