You’ll work with children & young people with moderate to severe mental health needs across emotional dysregulation, trauma and depression pathways, supporting them in the community to access timely intervention. You’ll play a key role in delivering innovative, multi-agency care in a team with very low wait times, making a real difference to young people and their families. Our fully staffed MDT values holistic assessment, shared formulation & thoughtful care planning. Consultants are integral to shaping plans alongside colleagues, contributing clinical expertise within a genuinely collaborative environment. Collaboration and peer support are central to how we work. Our MDT includes Clinical Psychologists, Family Therapists, Psychodynamic Psychotherapists, Mental Health Practitioners & Nurses. You’ll work closely with families, wider CAMHS services & partner organisations, bringing a team-focused approach to complex cases. Our Trust is rated Outstanding by the CQC who note staff feel valued, supported and encouraged to develop interests. We prioritise wellbeing and consistently score highly in staff surveys.
