### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Full NMC Registration
- ENB 237/N59 chemotherapy course or equivalent

**Desirable**

- Mentorship qualification or equivalent
- Specialist haematology course

### Knowledge & Experience

**Essential**

- Significant post registration experience
- Demonstrates evidence of developing innovative practice
- Cannualation / Venepuncture competent
- Blood transfusion competent

**Desirable**

- Involvement in audit & quality programmes
- Experience in NHS
- Experience of working in haematology
