You are required to be a registered Nurse, with a qualification in District Nursing. You should have excellent communication skills and extensive clinical expertise and knowledge are essential, as well as a desire to assist the Community Nursing Team to deliver a high quality service. The post will include working weekends and public holidays and you must have an ability to provide evening cover as required. A car driver is essential. ### In this key role, you will: - The post holder is responsible and accountable for the ongoing management of the caseload to ensure the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
