### Job summary

We are looking to recruit a dynamic catering supervisor to lead a small team in a busy retail cafe at St Mary's Community Health Campus. Whilst the role will be primarily retail focused you may on time by required to support with our patient feeding.

The role is Monday to Friday and 07.30 to 15.30.

At present, the Trust is unable to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for this post. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.

### Main duties of the job

- Customer service
- Cash handling
- Food safety
- Supervision of staff, to include 1-2-1's
- Basic computer skills
- Completion of due diligence paperwork
- Creating a positive dining experience
- Involvement with menu planning and promoting the service
