The Catering Department at Prince Philip  Hospital is currently looking to recruit a Catering Assistant who would like to join a large team of individuals within the department in providing an effective and efficient cleaning and catering service. The successful candidate will play an integral role within the team in ensuring that the food is prepared, delivered and the department is cleaned to the highest standard.

The contract  available is 1 x  37.5 hour post. This contract is to work 5 days a week, Monday to Sunday on a 3 week rota and will include Bank Holidays as and when required for which additional payment is made.

### Main duties of the job

As part of the Catering Assistant role, your duties will include assisting the cook in charge with all aspects of food provision, deep cleaning the kitchen area, and cleaning equipment used throughout the day.

The department will provide full training. Working hours are between 06:00 am and 20:00 pm.

The successful candidate will receive all uniform.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
