We provide Community Nursing Services over 24 hours that keep our local communities thriving  - this is the heart of everything we do. ### Main duties of the job - hours per week, fixed term for 10 months maternity leave cover.  Hours and shift patterns to be discussed at interview. This post will be responsible for managing planned programmes of care for patients in domiciliary and clinic settings.
