Providing ongoing support for the residents, their families and the Care Services Team. ### Main duties of the job As a Care Supervisor - Nights at Avery Healthcare, your primary role will be to manage, support, and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring that Avery processes and procedures are upheld to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include promoting and delivering high-quality person-centered care to the residents, closely monitoring and reporting on their daily progress, and promptly and appropriately addressing any concerns or complaints by residents or their relatives. The ideal candidate must hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or its equivalent, possess a recognised medication administration qualification with experience, and have previous experience in a Senior Care role.
