The Walk-in Centre is being established as part of a Scottish Government strategy to help reduce pressure on GP practices. As part of this pilot, a site has been identified in Invergordon to support patients requiring on-the-day appointments. We are now looking to welcome enthusiastic Care Navigators to join this new team on a fixed-term basis.

The role will involve acting as the first point of contact for patients, providing a high-quality reception service, and delivering administrative support to our clinical team.

You will play a key role in ensuring that patients are directed to the right care, from the right professional, at the right time. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills
- A methodical approach with a high level of attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure

Hours are negotiable; however, the ideal candidates will be flexible and available to work shifts between 12pm and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a new and innovative service, supporting improved patient access and helping to shape the future delivery of primary care services locally.
