We are looking to appoint a NMC registered nurse to work into the care home liaison cell of the Community Mental Health team. The team can support a band 5 nurse through their competencies to allow them to develop the knowledge and skills of a band 6 nurse. If all competencies are completed the applicant will receive a permanent band 6 position within the team. This post is not open to Newly Registered Nurses, candidates must have their NMC registration in place and successfully completed the preceptorship programme in order to be considered. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse to join our team. This role involves providing assessment, intervention, and support to older people who reside in care home placements. You will work collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency partners to ensure timely, safe, and effective care.
