ABOUT THE ROLEAs Care Home Deputy Manager at Cadbury Hall Care home in Yatton, with up to 34 residents, you'll support the delivery of the quality care we're known for. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. As a Care Home Deputy Manager at Cadbury Hall Care Home, you'll support the delivery of high-quality care for up to 34 residents. Working closely with the General Manager and stepping in for leadership duties when necessary, you'll ensure care standards are met, motivate the team, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to enhance residents' quality of life. You will lead by example, monitor standards through audits, supervise clinical practices, and verify regulatory compliance. As a Deputy Manager, you will need experience with residents having different health needs, successful management of safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, HR or recruitment experience, strong knowledge of sales and marketing, and an understanding of budget management.
