### Job overview

The Cardiac rehabilitation team are seeking a well organised individual for this varied and busy role.

### Main duties of the job

The dynamic multidisciplinary team provide comprehensive rehabilitation to patients with a range of cardiovascular complications, which requires a multitude of administrative supportive tasks. Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential attributes for this post holder. Excellent IT skills, including experience using MS Office, and prior experience in an administrative role are highly desirable.

You will provide efficient and effective support to the service, performing tasks such as scheduling appointments, producing letters, managing patient caseloads, communicating information

with patients and performing day-to-day tasks to support the management of the local office environment.

Please note:- Internal applicants on permanent contracts can apply for this post as a secondment or fixed term contract. For secondments you must have the approval of your line manager before applying. - Experience working with Microsoft Office, including comprehensive knowledge of Excel
