The role involves gathering and analysing evidence from internal and external stakeholders, presenting clear insights to the Community Resuscitation Management Team to drive best practice, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance the speed and effectiveness of defibrillator deployment—ultimately improving outcomes in out‑of‑hospital cardiac arrests and strengthening community resilience. ### Main duties of the job A significant part of the role includes reviewing defibrillator coverage and working closely with Community Resuscitation teams, local communities, Integrated Contact Centres (ICC), and key partners to ensure devices are appropriately sited, accessible, and maintained in an emergency‑ready state. The post holder will also support the timely repatriation and readiness of defibrillators following deployment or use. We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals who are natural team players, with strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills. You will be proactive, organised, and committed to improving patient outcomes and community resilience. Flexibility is essential, as occasional evening and weekend working may be required to support the effective delivery of the team’s work.
