We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic CAMHS Crisis and Home Treatment Team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people facing acute mental health challenges delivering timely assessments, intensive home-based support, and working closely with families to prevent hospital admissions. The service operates 7 days a week 8am-8pm The role is open to registered professional (RMN / Social Worker / Occupational Therapist) with: Experience in CAMHS, crisis, or acute mental health services. Deliver time-limited, goal-focused interventions in community and home settings. Collaborate with families, schools, social care, and acute services to provide holistic care. Participate in team meetings, case discussions and multi-agency forums. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development initiatives. Participate in a 7-day service rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Participating in clinical, safeguarding and reflective supervision.
