As a Call Centre Clerk, you will be at the heart of patient care, ensuring outpatient appointments are managed efficiently and patient inquiries are handled with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide an effective and efficient call centre service for outpatient appointments and general patient queries.
- Support the Trust in meeting national and local targets.
- Adhere to the Trust’s Access Booking and Choice Policy.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations across the department.
