Oxford Health has an exciting opportunity for an experienced CAFM and Information Manager to provide strategic leadership for our CAFM system, Estates information governance and compliance reporting.

As the Trust lead for CAFM and Estates information, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our systems, data and reporting arrangements support safe, efficient and compliant Estates and Facilities services. Working closely with senior leaders and operational teams, you will lead on system optimisation, information governance, performance dashboards and data assurance, helping to shape the future of digital estates management across the Trust.  About You We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional with strong technical, analytical and leadership skills:

- A degree in Information Management, Information Technology, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing and developing CAFM systems (e.g. Concept, Planon, Maximo).Knowledge of information governance, GDPR and Data Protection legislation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Inclusive leadership style with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in system implementation, optimisation, data management and reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Experience managing complex databases and information systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise competing demands.

### Main duties of the job

CAFM Leadership

- Lead and manage the Trust's CAFM system.
- Oversee system mobilisation, upgrades, testing and data migration activities.
- Monitor asset data, maintenance records and compliance schedules.
- Develop and maintain compliance and performance dashboards.
- Manage CAFM supplier relationships and contract performance.
- Provide expert advice, guidance and training to users across the Directorate

Information Governance

- Lead compliance with:GDPRData Protection Act 2018Freedom of Information Act 2000
- Information Security requirements
- Support completion and ongoing compliance with the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT).
- Manage Estates information assets and records.
- Maintain effective document management structures within SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Provide specialist advice on information governance and data managemen

Performance and Compliance

- Develop and monitor KPIs and performance indicators.
- Produce monthly compliance, performance and dashboard reports.
- Monitor PPM performance and statutory compliance activities.
- Support risk management processes and assurance reporting.
- Highlight areas of non-compliance and support improvement plans

Continuous Improvement

- Drive innovation and digital transformation within Estates and Facilities.
- Support new technologies and system integration projects.
- Promote best practice in information governance, CAFM management and asset data quality.
- Contribute to the Trust's sustainability objectives and Green Plan.

## Person Specification

### Knowledge

**Essential**

- A good knowledge of IT systems, and experience of supporting the development and implementation of new systems.
- Practical knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and how they apply to facilities management.

### Experience

**Essential**

- Significant experience in a facilities management or estates role with a focus on CAFM systems
- Experienced in the use of a wide range of Microsoft packages with keyboard skills including writing corporate documents. Experience of managing information databases

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Degree in related field.
- Professional qualifications in Information Governance, such as the BCS Practitioner Certificate in Freedom of Information, or equivalent
