We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated leader with excellent time management skills who can work both independently and as part of a team to lead our Business Support Team in our Community Nursing Service (CCN). Our CCN Service encompasses Children's Special School Nursing Service, Children's Continence, Children's Hospital at Home and Asthma Service, therefore the work in these teams is very wide and varied and ensuring confidentiality at all times is of utmost importance together with having a very calm and empathetic nature.

### Main duties of the job

To manage and supervise a team of administrative staff.

To effectively prioritise personal and team workload, always maintaining confidentiality and diplomacy.

To undertake admin and clerical duties relevant to the service commensurate with band 4 levels of responsibility.

To work without direct supervision and show extensive use of initiative in prioritising and making decisions in relation to effectively supporting the smooth operation of the service.

To ensure that the processes and procedures are followed and maintained on those entering and leaving the building.

To carry out other duties as necessary to meet the changing needs of the Trust, in accordance with management requirements and appropriate to banding.

All duties will be carried out within the Trusts Information Governance, recording, and data sharing procedures and guidance.
