Exciting opportunity!

CFHD are looking to recruit to a Business Support Manager role. This role is integral to managing the Business Support function within CFHD and will directly line manage Business Support Team Leaders and/or Personal Assistants, helping to ensure administrative functions run smoothly to aid a range of clinical pathways and office functions, supporting service delivery and change management. The post holder will have strong leadership capabilities and experience of working within administrative roles.

This permanent post is 30 hours per week, working between Monday-Friday.

### Main duties of the job

- Manage staff at multiple sites, with direct line management.
- The Business Support function provides secretarial, administrative and organisational support across the full range of office and service activities, including the smooth running of the office, reception and front of house duties and secretarial/administrative support to a range of frontline clinicians & managers.

### Experience

**Essential**

- Computer Literate
- Good knowledge of a wide range of office procedures
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Willing to undertake training relevant to the post
- Experience in managing and organising a team
- Clerical, administrative or reception experience
- Management experience
- Experience within a customer care, healthcare, social care or education setting

**Desirable**

- Experience of dealing with complex HR issues
- Experience of developing and delivering quality improvement initiatives

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- High level of general education e.g. GCSEs or equivalent
