This is a job opportunity to join a friendly and enthusiastic team delivering administrative support to the Specialist CAMHs (Care, Adoption & Permanence) team.

The Children In Care (CIC) Health Team provides health support for all children and young people that are placed in the care of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) and Dorset Council. Our aim is to help children and young people with their physical and emotional health needs and promote healthy lifestyle choices.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail to provide comprehensive administrative support to the team. As a team administrator you will be required to work as part of an admin team in delivering flexible and administrative support, by undertaking administrative and clerical duties, referrals to EIS, scheduling of appointments, team meeting minutes, professionals meeting minutes and typing clinic letters.

This is a part-time post, 22.5hours per week. We pride ourselves with being flexible and shift patterns/working hours can be discussed further at interview.

### Main duties of the job

To ensure the provision of an effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support service by using your own, skills, initiative and managing your own workload.

To attend meetings as required and take and transcribe formal minutes at meetings.

To have access to diaries, plan and organise activities and events including meetings and multi-disciplinary meetings with internal and external organisations as requested.

To ensure that clinical appointments are made where necessary, including home visits.

To maintain the effective distribution of incoming and outgoing electronic and paper mail.

To prepare handouts, leaflets, booklets, tables and flowcharts as necessary, working with complex accurate data when required.

To organise and prioritise own routine and non-routine daily workload. To have input into developing, organising and implementing new office procedures and systems e.g. developing/updating of spreadsheets, procedures for processing data.

To maintain records including computerised systems, databases and spreadsheets required by the Team e.g. referral information, waiting times, group therapy lists.
