The post holder will provide high-quality, professional business coordination and analytical support to the Deputy Director of Finance, contributing to the effective running of the Operational Finance function. The post holder will undertake detailed analysis and interpretation of complex financial and non-financial information, supporting transaction processing, management accounting, and financial accounting functions. They will play a key role in producing accurate, timely reports and insights to inform decision-making across the organisation.

With strong organisational and project management skills, the post holder will support and lead defined areas of financial, analytical, and administrative work. They will provide structure and coordination across the team, ensuring priorities are effectively managed and deadlines met.

The role requires the ability to work independently, managing competing demands while maintaining high professional standards. The post holder will contribute to a positive and professional image of the Finance function, building effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

### Main duties of the job

To deliver comprehensive business coordination, analytical, and administrative support to the Finance function, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of services.

- Providing high-level coordination and administrative support to the Deputy Director of Finance.

- NVQ 3 in administration or equivalent experience
