Are you a target driven individual with experience supporting projects and in business/service change?

We are seeking a full time Business and Pathway Improvement Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Oxfordshire Mental Health Inpatient Units.

The post holder will support service improvement, performance data management, business and operational functions. They will work closely with the Head of Service and Senior Matrons to improve existing services, develop new initiatives, and ensure robust data and performance recording.

### Main duties of the job

- Lead on the identification and implementation of service improvements, ensuring alignment with national and local healthcare priorities.
- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of service improvement initiatives within the Mental Health Inpatient Units, using data-driven decision-making and best practice methodologies.
- Facilitate service transformation projects, ensuring all key stakeholders are engaged, documentation is maintained, and progress is reported to senior leadership.
- Work closely with clinicians, operational managers, and external partners to develop new models of care and innovative approaches to service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of service improvements, making recommendations for further development based on data and feedback from stakeholders.
- Working alongside Senior Matrons and Matrons, develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve and standardise processes and communication across the urgent care pathway.
- Ensure all SOPs are regularly reviewed, updated, and embedded into operational practice to enhance service safety, consistency, and efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust performance monitoring frameworks to support service improvement initiatives.
