### Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Community Business Administrator to join our community health team based at our offices in Paignton. If you are an experienced administrator with a positive and proactive attitude to work, this could be the role for you. You will be managing the administrative function of a clinical community team and therefore will be managing the workflow as well as the administrative staff supporting the team. You should be highly skilled using Microsoft Office as well as having experience of using bespoke IT systems. The successful applicant will need to meet deadlines, collate data and maintain standards relating to administrative processes.

### Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Clinical Team Manager ensuring high quality administrative support that will enable the provision of the best possible care to service users. You will be developing, maintaining and improving processes and systems which provide the clinical team with effective, efficient methods to enable them to use time effectively. The Business Administrator will lead the administrative team alongside their peers to ensure a safe and effective service as well as support the clinical manager with administrative and reporting tasks enabling them to focus on clinical work and team leadership.
