### Job summary

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced
administration manager to lead the Adult Directorate community administration teams in
the Exeter and East areas of Devon and whilst based in Exeter, will require regular travel to Exmouth and Honiton.

This
is initially for a period of 6 months to cover secondment.

Providing operational leadership and oversight, this role
is pivotal in ensuring the effective co-ordination of administrative services
across multidisciplinary teams, supporting service delivery through robust
management of processes, resources, and workforce activity.

With resilient line management and supervision to administrative staff, you will lead on standardisation and continuous improvement of administrative systems, and work collaboratively with clinical and managerial colleagues to maintain high-quality, responsive support in line with Trust priorities, governance requirements, and patient care objectives.

We are looking for someone with strong NHS administrative experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the confidence to lead, problem-solve and drive service efficiency in a dynamic and evolving environment.
