With support and supervision of the CNS team the post holder will provide high quality care to individuals with breast cancer and their families/significant others. ### Main duties of the job The post holder will work closely across the whole patient pathway implementing holistic care at all stages of the patient’s pathway in both primary and metastatic settings.
