## Job Content

Brooke House is looking to recruit a Bank Support Worker to join the team.Brooke House is a large, detached, Edwardian property. The main house features eight bedrooms, all of which have access to the shared communal facilities. To the rear of the property, there is also a self-contained studio-style flat, with direct access to our shared garden area. The studio flat has a separate kitchen and bathroom.

### What you'll be doing

- Provide personal care support with sensitivity to individual needs and preferences.
- Support daily living skills to promote independence (e.g., dressing, grooming, meal preparation)
- Use de-escalation techniques and positive behaviour support strategies to manage challenging behaviours calmly and respectfully
- Develop and follow personalised care plans and behaviour support plans
- Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care
