## Job Content

Tithe Barn is looking to recruit a Bank Support Worker to join the team.Tithe Barn is located in Sellack, Ross-on-Wye. The service provides residential support for adults who are autistic or have a learning disability, and may also present with behaviours that challenge.

### What you'll be doing

- Support with personal care and daily living skills to promote independence.
- Assist with recreational activities such as bowling, cinema trips, theatre visits, and swimming.
- Help with shopping and errands to support day-to-day needs.
- Participate in social and family visits to encourage community engagement.
