BAND 5 RMN ST Georges Stafford- you will need to have experience following a successful preceptorship period.

The Trust Bank is made up of a pool of staff that provides temporary cover for staff shortages or short term vacancies. If you work for the trust bank, you tell us when you are available and your availability is then matched with shift requirements across the hospital.

Our Bank operates by, booking temporary staff on a flexible basis. It gives you the freedom to choose the shifts you work, depending upon availability.

### Main duties of the job

The post holder will assist the Ward Manager in providing high quality nursing care and treatment of patients in conjunction with other professionals through the hospital’s multi disciplinary assessment, treatment and care programmes
