We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will need to have a flexible approach to work to take part in a full shift system including nights and weekend working, in some areas on a 12 hour shift system or on a three shift system. We are committed to exploring innovative ways of working to enhance patient experience. We know that our success depends on the commitment and dedication of our staff and we aim to recruit and retain the best staff possible. If you are newly qualified (have your NMC Pin) or an experienced registered nurse and interested in applying for our posts, please complete the on-line application indicating your preferred speciality of interest and base. If you are currently within our recruitment process there is no requirement to re-apply.
