The post holder will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude to working with people with complex mental health needs and work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will manage their own caseload of patients, and act as an expert resource in the care and treatment of patients experiencing a range of mental health problems relevant to the area of practice. Operational management will be provided by the Ward Manager and professional accountability will be ensured through regular supervision with the clinical lead.
