Working as part of a therapy and/or multidisciplinary team. - The ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually - The ability to adapt to changes in work routine **Desirable** - Experience in the use of electronic record keeping - Good organisation skills ### Qualifications **Essential** - Level 5 Assistant Practitioner Certificate (Certificate required at interview). - GCSE C grade maths and English, or Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English.
