Physiotherapist | Harpenden | AdHoc Shifts | Bank Contract

The Role

- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice to predominantly inpatient and post-operative orthopaedic patients.a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid
- Manage your own clinical caseload as an autonomous practitioner
- Assess and mobilise patients following orthopaedic and surgical procedures.
- Support safe discharge planning and rehabilitation programmes.
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes.
- Provide physiotherapy support to outpatient services where required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in line with professional standards.
- Contribute to the delivery of a safe, effective and patient-focused physiotherapy service.

What We’re Looking For

- Degree-qualified Physiotherapist (BSc Hons or equivalent).
- Current HCPC registration with no restrictions.
- Previous post-graduate physiotherapy experience within an NHS, acute, or private hospital setting.
- Recent inpatient physiotherapy experience is essential.
- Experience managing orthopaedic, surgical and post-operative patients.
- Confidence working independently within a ward environment.
- Experience across both inpatient and outpatient physiotherapy services would be highly desirable.
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skills.
- Flexible approach to working patterns and clinical areas.
- Availability to work at least 1 to 2 shifts per week.

Working Hours:

Pattern of work would be weekdays and/or weekends, on average 8am-5pm
