We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Bank Speech & Language Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic paediatric therapy teams. As a Bank Paediatric Speech & Language Therapy Assistant, you will support children with various communication needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a supportive and collaborative environment. Essential

- GCSE English (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent
- Relevant Level 3 qualification (e.g. BTEC/NVQ) or working towards
- Experience (paid or voluntary) with pre-school children and/or relevant client groups
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of the client group and basic clinical/report writing skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage/prioritise workload
- Flexible approach and ability to respond to changing demands
