### Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our Inventory co-ordination team. The candidate will be responsible for handling queries, maintaining stock levels and ensuring the daily orders are placed as part of a close knit unit with 3 other co-ordinators and the support of the wider logistics team.

This post is to cover Maternity leave.

Raising orders

Creating Pick tickets

Handling Queries from our multidisciplinary team

Investigating stock issues

maintaining the stock system

### Experience

**Essential**

- Experience of working in an Inventory Control department. (E)
- Proven track record of successful management of stock portfolios. (E)
- Working within a team. (E)
- Commercial experience. (E)
- Commercial awareness. (E)
- Knowledge of business principles. (E)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (E)

**Desirable**

- Experience in Public Sector (D)
- Experience in Private Sector (D)
- Knowledge of contract law. (D)
- Knowledge of professional purchasing principles acquired through NVQ Level 5 and relevant equivalent experience. (D)

### Qualifications

**Essential**

- Good Standard of General Education to GCSE or equivalent level (E)
- NVQ Level 3/ONC Business Studies or relevant equivalent experience. (E)
