You can get fast access to expert healthcare, from consultations and diagnosis to treatment and aftercare. Duties and responsibilities: - Assist the qualified nursing staff, under their supervision, in providing a high quality, comprehensive service to all patients and users, ensuring a high standard of a patient care is maintained in a clean and safe environment - Correctly undertakes assessment tasks that have been delegated in relation to the specific individual as agreed with the care team. - Receive, transmit, store and retrieve information - Undertake basic observations of patients’ vital signs - Records information related to designated tasks accurately and passes it on to the relevant person in the team on time. - Identifies and reports any significant changes that might affect the individual’s health and well being to the appropriate person.
