We require Adult (General) Nurses to  work in our within our community teams in the following areas: Wymondham/Attleborough, Thetford/Watton, Loddon, Diss & Long Stratton and Dereham. You must have a current NMC registration and a minimum of 6 months experience post registration. You will be caring, compassionate, motivated and enthusiastic, as well as having a keen interest in patient care and possess good communication skills. We require individuals who are forward thinking, well organised with a positive attitude towards flexibility. Also that the closing date given is a guide, so we do advise you to submit your application as early as possible to avoid disappointment. ### Main duties of the job Community Role - To contribute in the delivery of high standards of health care to patients within their own homes, care homes, the travelling community and/or in clinics, by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating packages of care.
