### Job overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Support Time and Recovery (STaR) Worker, at Band 4 to work via a Bank Contract, based in Stevenage for our Adult Community Services. You will be joining our Temporary Staffing Team within HPFT - Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.

The post holder will focus directly on the needs of service users giving support to care co-ordinator – in the hub and spoke model STaR workers have a specialist ‘spoke’ role and will be asked to focus specifically on either carer support, social care/housing/assertive engagement, physical health using the Support Time and Recovery (STaR) Model.

You will work closely in association with the Team Leader, other senior staff and other agencies, to help maximise the quality and quantity of services within available resources.

HPFT provides services for service users with mental health, learning disability and children’s and adolescent mental health problems. Applicants should have some experience of working in a healthcare setting.
