You will provide expert guidance to managers on critical processes such as restructuring and TUPE transfers, ensuring seamless transitions and positive outcomes.

Our ideal applicant will have held a senior HR position, bringing in-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment law. ## Person Specification

### Experience

**Essential**

- Experience of recent generalist HR in a large complex organisation
- Experience across a broad range of HR work including HR policy development and implementation covering investigations, grievance, capability, probation and dignity at work etc.
- Experience of consultation and working in partnership with Trade Unions
- Experience of workforce planning across a range of disciplines
- Experience of applying a business partner approach

**Desirable**

- Previous NHS experience at HR BP level

### qualification

**Essential**

- Chartered Member of the CIPD
- Masters degree in relevant HR Management or equivalent experience
