### Job overview

The post holder will be responsible for providing expert project and operational management support across the divisional cancer pathways, to ensure transformational improvements. This exciting 12 month fixed term role will develop relationships across multi-disciplinary teams through engagement of key stakeholders to enable to improvements to cancer care.

The post holder will play a key role in the delivery of the cancer waiting times (CWT) performance and access strategy. They will act in the role of Cancer Improvement Manager within the Division of Network Services, predominantly focusing on Skin and Breast Cancer improvements.  Closely working alongside the Assistant General manager, Cancer Improvement teams, Lead Clinicians and Lead Cancer Nurse and overseen by the General Manager.

- Significant experience of working in the NHS in a management position.
- Successful record of managing and implementing substantial service transformation and organisational change projects

- Experience of completing demand and capacity analysis
