We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to lead Ward 26, home to established Regional Adult Cystic Fibrosis Centres in the West Midlands. As Senior Sister/Charge Nurse, you will provide visible clinical and operational leadership, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, quality, and patient experience. You will be responsible for leading and developing a skilled nursing workforce, managing day-to-day ward operations, overseeing patient flow, supporting staff wellbeing, and driving continuous quality improvement. Working closely with consultants, specialist nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists, and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing this specialist regional service.
