If you are an NMC registered midwife who has an NMC PIN Number and would like to make a difference to women and their families, then we would like to hear from you. The post holder will continue to develop their leadership skills by enhancing both professional and personal development. By joining our team you will have the opportunity to bring your wealth of knowledge and experience to our maternity service and play a key role in supporting staff and improving care provided. ### Main duties of the job To ensure that midwifery practice is evidence-based and women-centered. To provide expert midwifery advice and guidance to all members of the multidisciplinary team when necessary. Set, monitor and maintain high standards of Midwifery care within the ward environment To maintain personal contact with women, relatives and carers, being sensitive to their needs for courtesy, dignity and privacy. Communicate and work with the inter-professional team to promote comprehensive, high-quality women care.
