In partnership with Leeds City Council and the GP Confederation, we are mobilising a new model of care delivering short-term intermediate care beds across four sites. This is a pivotal leadership role at the forefront of transforming services, improving patient outcomes, and supporting care closer to home. We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking nurse with a strong background in community or intermediate care, and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will provide clinical leadership across all bed bases, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care for patients.
